Clear Product Conditions

We believe customers should understand exactly what they are buying. Products are therefore listed using clearly defined condition categories.

New

A new, unused and unopened product supplied in its original manufacturer packaging.

Products sold as New have not previously been used by an end customer. Products that have been opened, returned or materially repackaged should instead be listed under another appropriate condition.

Supplier New

A new and unused product sourced through our UK distribution network.

Some Supplier New products may be dispatched directly by a UK distributor, supplier or fulfilment partner used by OrbitBay.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your contract of sale remains with Cave Direct Technology Ltd trading as OrbitBay, even where another organisation physically dispatches the product.

Like New

A product in near-new condition that may previously have been opened, inspected, returned or supplied with damaged or replacement packaging.

Like New products should remain in excellent functional and cosmetic condition unless a specific difference is disclosed on the relevant product page.

Any significant cosmetic issues, missing accessories or material packaging differences will be stated where applicable.

Refurbished

A previously owned, used, opened or returned product that has been inspected, tested, cleaned and graded according to its cosmetic and functional condition.

Our refurbished grades may include:

Refurbished Excellent.
Refurbished Very Good.
Refurbished Good.

How We Source Our Products

Our products may come from several supply routes, including:

Stock purchased and held directly by OrbitBay.
UK technology distributors and suppliers.
Business surplus and excess inventory.

Previously owned business technology suitable for refurbishment and resale.

The source of a product may vary depending on its condition and availability.

OrbitBay is an independent retailer. Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product media, specifications and documentation may be used for product identification and information. Their use does not imply manufacturer sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery to supported UK addresses on eligible orders.

For eligible products that are in stock and ready for dispatch from OrbitBay-controlled stock:

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day for estimated delivery on the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday are normally processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally processed on the next working day.
Bank holidays and public holidays are not treated as normal working days.

Supplier New products and products fulfilled from another location may have different dispatch cut-offs or delivery estimates.

The delivery estimate shown on the relevant product page or during checkout takes priority over a general delivery estimate.

Delivery dates and countdowns are estimates unless we expressly confirm that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.

Returns and Customer Support

In addition to statutory consumer rights, eligible consumer purchases benefit from our voluntary 30-day return period.

If a product arrives damaged, develops a fault, is incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Please contact OrbitBay before returning a product so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Any commercial warranty or OrbitBay Guarantee is separate from your statutory consumer rights and does not replace, restrict or reduce those rights.
