We specialise in technology that can be tested, prepared and put back into use. The items below are examples rather than an exhaustive list.

Email the manufacturer, model or part number, quantity and condition. Photos are useful where condition or packaging varies.

We'll assess whether the products are suitable for our current purchasing requirements and reuse or resale channels.

If we're interested, we'll provide a no-obligation purchase offer and agree the next steps with you.

Delivery or collection

Smaller items can usually be sent to us. For suitable larger business quantities, collection may be available by prior agreement.

Business & bulk stock

Have multiple units, surplus stock or equipment from an office hardware refresh? Send us a stock list at hello@orbitbay.co.uk. We can review larger enquiries directly and let you know which equipment we're interested in purchasing.

Before sending equipment: please wait until OrbitBay has confirmed that we wish to purchase the items and has agreed the delivery or collection arrangements with you. This service is intended for equipment that may be suitable for reuse or resale. OrbitBay does not currently advertise a general WEEE waste-disposal service and we may be unable to accept equipment that is waste-only or has no viable reuse or resale route.
